    Organic Farm ADU

    My name is Kyle, I’m in Southern Oregon. I’m permitted for 2 new ADUs, but only able to build one at at time. I am excited to build a great little house and looking forward to adding ReNetA to the project. I will have the plans posted here soon.

    So here is the project. 24′ x 25′ for 600 square feet. Ceiling will be vaulted over kitchen and living room. 8′ over bedrooms and bathroom, with a mezzanine above. That will be where we have a CERV2, ReNetA panel, and some storage. Exterior walls are SIPs, insulated slab on grade foundation. Eventually a covered porch off the front.
